Grant Build Service Contributor Permission

You need at least DevOps project admin rights.

1. Navigate to your DevOps project and open the project settings.
2. In project settings you can allow the build service to contribute to the selected repository:
   1. Select "Repositories".
   2. Choose your CLOE project repository.
   3. Change tab to "Security".
   4. Search for the build service user. It is always the name of your DevOps project + "Build Service".
   5. Change value of "Contribute" to "allow" and save your changes.
